cause if this is the kind of repetitious, uninteresting, unimaginative, and unoriginal nonsense that we're gonna get over and over year after year again and again then just forget it.........go watch some action movies instead. last year they had

hellboy 2
dark knight
mirrors (one of the only good horror movies)
midnight meat train (improperly distributed yah go hollywood)

great movies

this year you can look forward to maybe likeing

watchmen
wolverine
star trek
terminator salvation

Let The Right One In was such a refreshing movie. Not sure I'd call it a horror film though. Either way, pretty much essential watching.

I thought 28 Weeks Later was pretty good, but not nearly as good as the original. It worked pretty well up until the place gets infected, then the behavior of the US soldiers was not really all that logical.

So, is "28 Months Later" in pre-production? :)

wasnt watchmen out before u wrote this in june of 2009? cant look forward to something thats already been released.

welcome to american horror where 90% of the movies made suck but its always a fun time regardless. :P

i tell ya its my favorite genre but yeah, the ratio of good to bad movies is not even close to being a fair fight. lol
