Was stolen from Tony Stark by the US government.. he owns everything in it and they just took it hell Tony should have sued the pants off the US government lol

in the donnut's place, it is implied Tony allowed Rhodes to take that armor

That armor was made for Rhodes. I think people keep forgetting one major thing about this movie. Starks thought he was going to die; hence making Potts the CEO and he was preparing to have Rhodes take over as Iron Man.

Never argue with an idiot; people passing by might not be able to tell the difference.
