ex-Russian mobster or Russian ex-mobster?

Just being picky about the film blurb on the front page, haven't seen the movie but pretty sure the main character is a Russian ex-mobster rather than an ex-Russian mobster... :)

Actually that would be a Russian ex-Russian mob mobster, if you get what I mean. He and his mob are both supposed to be Russian.
