He's probably the most emotional, hormonal one out of the 4. I think he cried or was on the verge of doing so 5/6 times, that's 1 in every 3 episodes.

He's my favourite character with Will coming I second. Neil is my least favourite. Is it just me or did Neil become progressively more retarded as the show developed? He always had that stupid smile on his face that made him look genuinely retarded.

Not really sure who my fave is, probably Simon, because his random overreactions and hissy fits crack me up the most, haha.
Neil always seemed the same kind of retarded throughout the series, for me, lol, I think he's great, though. IMO they all bring something unique to the show, and I just find 'em all so hilarious!
