Why is no one here stating the obvious? To wit, that the "real" Dr. Tyler was portrayed by Susan Sarandon? It was so obvious, it almost made me stop watching.

Wrong, the "real" Dr. Tyler is actress Charlotte Milchard

Susan Surandon is gorgeous, the woman playing the psychologist is frankly terrifying-looking. Ghostly, almost. Beside that, Ms Surandon has a low, sultry voice. The psychologist's voice was high and mousy.
