Where did loan shark get more?

The loan shark took the single NZT pill that Morra had when he (the loan shark) came for the money. Where did he get more? He said he'd need more from Morra -- but he was still on it. Did I miss something in that other scene? Did he take more than one pill from Morra in that encounter?

He came back and said he now understood what it could do and made Eddie give him some more. Then he came back again and said next time he wanted twenty. He was never going to stop as he was down to his last pill.

I don't know everything. Neither does anyone else
