Why never on pay channels?

I have only seen this on TBS and/or TNT which blows b/c of cuts and commercials. I was just wondering why this has never been on any pay channels like HBO, Showtime, etc... Even IFC or Sundance since they don't edit their movies. Kinda odd considering it was pretty popular and now CBS is making a show. Too bad FX, AMC or one of the above channels couldn't get it instead.

It was on PayTV in the UK.

I just watched this movie on TBS I think. It did seem to be shorter than the movie time length listed.
Anyone know what was cut out of the TV edition?

TBS probably aired the theatrical version then.
