Sons relationship with his mother.

Was it strongly implied that the son was having sex with his mother? At one point he gets in bed with his mother and puts his hand on her breast. She says, "Too late." or something. At another point, when his friend asks him if he has slept with a woman he, says he has, with his mother.

No, there was no implication of incest. (Some kids may have teased Do-Joon about that, but that's just what kids do.) The relationship was that of a mother and child who are unable or unwilling to cut the umbilical cord, so to speak. Do-Joon's handicap made him still dependent on his mother, and when he talked about sleeping with her he meant it with the innocent literalness that a child would attach to the word "sleep". Touching his mother's breast was, I think, a reference to breastfeeding.
