Was X setting up the trashcollector as the murderer?

When in jail, Yoon nodded in response to seeing the cell phone picture of the old man trash-collector. I don't remember what his mother asked him, something like "is he the one?" What did Yoon's nodding mean? Did he really think the old man killed the girl? or was he setting the old man up? Or did he just remember seeing the old man? Whatever Yoon mean, his mother clearly took his nod to mean that the old man was the murderer.

He was looking through the photos to identify the murderer, so yes, he meant the old man was the murderer.

Yoon jsut remembered seeing some old man that night (through the glass). The old man's photo happens to be on the girl's phone cuz the old man was actually waiting for the girl that night to have sex with her. (there's a thread about that)

She takes photos of the persons she sleeps with (-> old man amongst them).
