Virility issue

Firstly i dont get it why she has to feed her son with some herbal stuff to increase his virility. How does she know that he suffers from impotency??? I cant understand what was the need for her to look at his part while he was peeing. Though there was nothing sexual abt it, but it was strange, maybe like he is still a lil kid who needs help while peeing.And the issue abt virility is totally forgotten by everyone.

When she sees jin tea making love to his gal, she gets tears in her eyes. Cause she knows that her son is incapable of experiencing physical love. And yet at the same time her toes twitch to either indicate sexual tension.
