question? - Michael Ruppert

Why not show the former narcotics officer Michael Ruppert corroborating Webbs story at the town hall meeting at the end?

They showed actual footage of that meeting, with the CIA chief. Former narcotic officer testified publicly at that very meeting that he could prove it as well. CIA chief had no good answer and was forced to resign after all of it.

Why wasn't Ruppert's part included?

I think it was probably best to leave a fringe CT guy out of it. And Deutch's resignation had nothing to do with the CIA/crack controversy (despite what Ruppert fans have claimed)....it was because the Clinton administration was mad at him over testimony he gave Congress on Iraq.

And Ruppert never produced one ounce of evidence to back his claims. His story sounds like a cross between a bad romance novel and a James Bond movie.
