The first Screamers is by far one of the worst sci-fi/horror films I have EVER seen, not to mention one of the very few that have put me to sleep. I'm sort of shocked at how many people seem to like it. So going into Screamers:The Hunting, I wasn't expecting much.

It was never boring, had some nice gore scenes, and I liked Gina Holden and Stephen Amell. The ending seemed really rushed, making the climax very weak, but come on, this is like a classic compared to the original!

Actually I liked both House Of The Dead movies but am not a fan of any of his other films.

Then i dont know what movie were you watching. Because this 2009 movie was total crap! Basicly i fastforwarded the whole movie, it was just so boring and lame.

Last night i watched the original Screamer (1995) for the first time and i really liked it.
And next day i watched the new version - big dissapointment.
Punch of idiot/noob/rookie soldiers sent to a possibly dangerous mission far-far from earth - so stupid.
Bad acting, directing.
14years has been past and nothing has changed on the CGI department.
