Why are the Texas Rangers in Utah? They are clearly riding through Mounument Valley r CGI Monument Valley. Monument Valley and Promentory Point are in Utah. MV goes into Arizona as well, but not Texas.

Look at the Trivia section. It is an homage to old westerns.

In several classic westerns the scenery of Utah was substituted in stories that took place in Texas.
