i'd like 1 person who thought this failed to admit they were wrong

no one is ever wrong on the internets... it's taken the art of stubbornness to glorious new heights

i've read on some blogs... and to be sure it's just a small few... who were adamant how The Muppets did not do well at the boxoffice

well... with all the numbers in (actually not all because i think it's just opening in russia this week) but it's at 160 million worldwide... and the big dvd blu ray sales (40 plus million so far just in the US) and

most importantly this week the director in an interview talked about how disney is impatiently wanting a sequel for next summer and they've already started on the script

can someone who had this mistaken view that the film did not do well please come forward, buck the trend, stand up and admit "i was wrong"... just looking for the first ever person to admit that they were wrong in the entire history of the internets

just 1

it will make you stronger and wiser and i will not mock you... i will truly admire you

thanks

agreed people nitpick... but boxoffice and success do have a say in whether or not the franchise and movies continue. not people's opinions of success of course. the only opinion that counts is the studio.

and it clearly was successful since disney greenlit another muppet film and want it for next summer. but even that has been shot down by some who think it's a way of disney saving face. that one makes me laugh.

personally i'd like to just see one person admit they were wrong... on any topic in fact... doesn't even have to muppet related :)
