If Gonzo is the "richest plumbing magnate in the Rust Belt", couldn't he have donated the $10 million to save the theater? Or Piggy, the editor of a major publication, could certainly have ponied up some dough. Hell, even Scooter works for Google, who are known for donating to philanthropic causes.

Y'all didn't go with the insinuated act, Gonzo blew up that factory, who's to say his money wasn't in there and physically and metaphorically burnt up in the explosion, as for Ms. Piggy, she has no excuse, unless that whole clothing factory was a fake, kinda hinted when her receptionist says "you have an appointment" and ms. Piggy mutters under her "wow, that's weird"
