Would you like the Cursed Child to be adapted into a movie?

The play is great, but I'd prefer to watch it as a movie with all the familiar cast, with someone to replace Alan Rickman (RIP).

I would LOVE to see Cursed Child as a movie. Probably not going to happen, though, as JK Rowling has said the story belongs on stage and will stay there. (Big paychecks have changed people's minds before, though...)

Well, I only read the book and I didn't enjoy it very much, so for me that's a no. Maybe if I had seen the play I would have enjoyed it more.

Honestly? No. The plot and storyline kind of sucked. The whole time traveling back decades was absurd. And so was Albus caring so much about Cedric Diggory's death. And don't even get me started on Voldemort having a child, which is something he'd NEVER want. Plus it only works if every actor reprises their roles, and I could see a lot of them not wanting to.

I'd be fine with future Harry Potter movies, but not the Cursed Child. It't be fun to see adult Harry dealing with a different type of threat, not Voldemort once again.
