6.6, really?

Just heard so many bad things about this movie, saw it and thought it was very funny and strangely with more hearth than Apatow's other movies despite beeing about a famous ass celebrity (not up to F and G when it comes to hearth), wondered why there is so much backlash against this movie?

Seth Rogen was very funny, he is a limited actor but naturally funny and I like when he is more nice and not ass*hole version of himself.

I wonder what was so bad about this movie, Leslie Mann was maybe a little over the top but not enought to make this a bad movie, Adam Sandler did his 2nd best role in his life after Punch Drunk Love.

I agree. I just watched this and thought it was a great movie that anyone can parallel to their own life, even if they're not in the entertainment industry.

I enjoyed it the first time I watched it and it fell a bit long. The second time I saw it I laughed a little and it felt like it dragged on forever. It was decent but overall it was kind of blah. Hence the 6.6 or whatever rating. The top movies on IMDB are around 8-9. So say it were rated 7.5, that would mean it's only .5 away from the top 250 movies of all time on imdb. That being said, while the movie is enjoyable, it is not close to the top 250 movies of all time.

I just seen this lastnight and thought it was funny. I gave it a 7.

i liked it, i thought Knocked Up was better but i really enjoyed this one, honestly i thought maybe Sandler's involvement was the reason a lot of people were criticizing it but personally i loved him in this film.
