Yep. "Funny People" is a movie about funny people. Nobody said that it was supposed to BE funny. It is possible to have a dramatic movie about funny people.

'Funny' also equates to 'strange or odd'-and that was certainly true of the folks in the film...

This movie is about as funny as cancer, which I think this movie gave me.
