Would you have taken Daisy back?
After you catch her leaving your roomates room
share*beep* no!
shareWell, he didn't really *have* Daisy to begin with. That was more a slimeball move on the room-mate's part.
Anyone here mentions Hotel California dies before the first line clears his lips.
Yeah, the roommate's character doesn't make a lot of sense. He seems like he wants to be genuine friends with Seth Rogen and Jonah Hill's characters and yet he purposely sleeps with Daisy when he has no real interest in her. Just another notch on his belt. I can understand that some guys have that mentality, but the way the roommate's characters acts, it doesn't seem like that's what he's all about. I can also understand the whole "hey, if you don't go for it, I will" motivation tactic but with ultimately going through with it, yeah, doesn't make sense other than just to create conflict in the movie.
shareHe didn't have to take her back when he didn't have her in the first place. But eventually I would have gone out with her, probably, yeah.
shareIm a girl, so I don't know. For me if it were reversed and I liked a guy-- and we had barely spoken and he ended up sleeping with my roomie who is better looking than me and on a tv show, and he also is an actor... I'd prob be over it. Because I'd see him as maybe being a "LA climber" but i'd also be jealous and insecure over it. But I am a girl
On the other hand men are usually different. He barley knew her--- and was using George Simmons in a way to be an LA climber for his career even purposefully leaving his friend out when George asked for both. And guys shouldn't really care too much understanding sex is just sex. If anyone men should get what she did was sex and nothing more and it was right for him to still pursue her. It wasn't a big deal in my opinion unless the roomie is a total slimeball awful person which he honestly wasnt or if hes a very jealous person which he seemed to be a bit insecure but not super jealous like girls can get it. So watching it I was relieved to see him man up and realize it wasn't a big deal.
