Saw an ad for this saying "Only in theaters Christmas Day".

Now I'm no business expert, but it doesn't seem like they're going to make much money only showing this film for one day. Not a smart business plan!

They mean it's only being shown in theaters. No streaming.

It premieres on Christmas day and will continue to play on the following days.

Btw, you're not the only one confused by the ad.
