Wasn't there a movie like this in mid-90's?

And no, I'm not talking about 'I Know What You Did Last Summer', it was about a girl and her friends at spring break in Ft Lauderdale and they have a couple of drinks and hit a homeless guy with a car and try to cover it up? I remember there was a scene where they were nervous about explaining to the glass shop how they broke the windshield in the rental car. Anyone?

Never mind, I found it out on my own: it was 'Dead Silence' (1991)

Good flick, came out way before IKWYDLS and Hit & Run and was much much more thought provoking.

Yes, that was good. It was confusing that there were more than one movie named "Dead Silence", though, IMO.
