I'm pretty sure this is actually Outsider Art
Depending on who you ask, opinions on this seem to vary between "the worst movie ever" and "a grossly misunderstood piece of cinematic genius". Me, I'm kinda in the middle.
Much of it is indeed laughably amateurish, like the awful editing, but there's simply no way I can chalk it all up to mere incompetence. The CG, for example, looks like it could easily have been made in 1995 rather than 2009, and I can't shake the feeling that was deliberate (though Lord only knows why).
I think it's kinda facile to judge this by regular movie standards and just dismiss it as awful. At the same time, though, I also think that while there was an actual artistic vision of some sort behind it, the end result is simply not that engaging or interesting.
All that said, I don't think I regret watching it; in spite of all else, it's certainly an unique experience.
