This is one of the few "rom-com"s that didn't make me want to punch myself in the face. The storyline felt very realistic...the fiance did what he could for his future wife as it relates to her career...he selflessly gave up his life for her, and he was rightfully miserable...and she acknowledged that through no fault of her own (besides that kiss). They separated to find themselves as well as each other once again. For once it was nice to see a movie where the woman wasn't portrayed as an utter crazy whiny b****. And the boyfriend/fiance wasn't a welcome mat. They both were considered equals. I did not anticipate how this movie would end, so it was actually a pleasure to watch. Loved the performances of everyone in the movie.

I really enjoyed it too for those reasons. It's a real story! It's about testing real love, the real conflicts of relationships, learning how to make a relationship work, and discovering what you really want for yourself in the process. I thought the comedy was great too! It was a fun and thought provoking feel-good romance.

i wouldnt call it great but it was a good movie. i gave it a 6 out of 10.

The second act nearly ruined it. The jokes in the muttonchop scenes were stupid, including the crossbow scene. Over the top and none of the jokes hit. Beggining and end were good.
