Simple things that bugged me, what about you?

To be clear, I really like this movie a lot, and I am looking forward to the sequel. But, there are a few things that stuck out as "errors" in either dialog or clarity. I have a few more in mind, but what bugged you?

Why does he keep shooting his gun on the mountains? Is he trying to find possible avalanches?

When he meets the other agent in the woods in Alaska, does he give him any of the "chems"?

The agent in the cabin is clearly his contact, but Aaron says "you're not a contact are you?" Perhaps he should've said "you're not JUST a contact are you?"

Byer wants his group to look into every program, including Betas, and then tells one of his guys that he has never heard of Treadstone.

They make a special point of saying that Marta doesn't know Aaron's name, but he never tells her what it is, despite the fact that there are many points where he could've just said, "and my name's Aaron". (this one irked me the most)

They make several mentions to the fact that there are 6 agents, but only 5 are shown (including Aaron).

There are gold/brass and silver/platinum pill cases, but it never explains why.

What is he doing to the passport in the hotel with the camera?

Why does he stand up at the airport when the news mentions Hirsch? As far as we know, he has no idea who Hirsch is. A better time for him to stand would have been when Jason Bourne's name was mentioned or they could have put Hirsch's name on the bunk bed in the cabin where he saw Jason's name.

What bugged me most was the liquid filming. I'd understand if his adventures were being filmed for broadcast (within the script), but to keep shaking the camera all the time... No.

That totally bugged me, too.

Enough already!

- Firing the gun was a signal to anyone around (as he mentions when he meets the contact after he jumps from the tree_

-They get shipped chems via drone, but they take them only when they're out, they get blown to hell anyway.

-It's shown that he's been the contact there for a while (names on the bed), if it bothers you, it could just be a personal thing.

-They mention that not everyone knows about each program, Byer has literally been in the field (flashback) with Aaron and more than likely has never heard of TS.

-The number of agents is irrelevant as they're taken out during the little "purge"/wipe that happens.

-The cases are more than likely "tags" as to what each agent does i.e. in the field, desk work, etc.

-He's burning off the microchip put into passports so as to stop them from tracking him.

-Its said that Hirsch was part of a program, and died of a heart attack, he more than likely has heard of that before (death via "heart attack).

He was firing the gun to keep the wolves away. Didn't you see the wolves following him and hunting other animals (he watches with scope).

So he was scaring them with gunshots. That's why he was able to survive (not by scaring them off with fire, which is temporary).

Not to mention, that gunshot would scare every animal around him for a large distance. Not just wolves.
