Why is this called The Bourne Legacy?

It doesn't have Jason Bourne in it and the story isn't really anything to do with Bourne. I get that it's a recognisable name and it's in the same universe but shouldn't it be called The Cross Legacy or The Cross Conspiracy or something like that

Because the events of the film are a result of Bourne's actions during Ultimatum which takes place at the same time/ slightly before. Jason Bourne's Legacy is the events which happen to Aaron Cross.
