Blown out of proportion

Yes they were bratty, spoiled, bullied people, were entitled etc but enough already!

WTF was so scandalous about any of this??

They drank? Ok have you ever met a teenager?

They went in to a condom shop or whatever it was and took a video? Oh the horror! They didn't leak a sex tape. Take it down, it hadn't gone viral one of the girls told mommy and rather than just telling the principal she had to first show every mom on the booster club. Of course punish the girls but damage control first. Talk about a mountain out of a mole hill.

No excuse for bullying but I highly doubt they were the only bullies. Yes they should have been disciplined. Still not "scandalous"

I can not understand for the life of me why people are hoping they don't get in to college and saying they want them to pay for "it" (uh they didn't kill someone) for the rest of their lives. I guess there are a bunch of perfect people on here. Never did anything you weren't suppose to, never discluded anyone, never missed curfew, never skipped class, never got in to a fight, never drank, never smoked a cigarette, never tried weed, never broke the school dress code....I could go on but you see where I am going with this. They didn't kill anyone. They didn't rob a bank. Underage drinking and fighting are the only 2 "criminal acts" and its not like they would have done hard time.

Where is the scandal? Was it a slow week for news? Totally blown out of proportion.

If anything the shade should be on the parents and teachers who LET the girls do whatever they wanted.

*let is be noted I am not calling them well behaved, I am saying they should be left alone. Hope they have grown up and went to college. What good comes from them paying for bad behavior for the rest of their lives. They didn't kill anyone. Let them move on.

I agree. I don't think they really did anything wrong. Sure they were bratty and spoiled but, they probably acted just about the same as most teenagers in America. What gets me was when Coach Carr was really upset when Brooke called Lisa in class. It's like who cares????

It’s the fact they were untouchable. It shouldn’t have been as big deal as it was, and it wouldn’t have been if the girls would’ve been punished for what they did was wrong.
