I admit, it was a pretty stupid thing to yell you have a gun and you will shoot but for the cops to just shoot him on this alone was fkn ruthless. Were those Tokyo cops like "I'mma kill me a cracka fo sho" or what?

Something lost in the translation perhaps. But if he's a drug dealer and he's shouting that he's got a gun and he's going to use it, how do the cops know he's not going to come out blasting?
