I am new to the Nurse Jackie bandwagon and didn't see if this subject addressed in earlier posts (forgive me if it was and I just overlooked it).
What happened to nurse Sam? Was it ever addressed on the show?
The real question I have with Sam is that I thought he was the father of the baby that Akalitis found? And I assumed he wasn't really a nurse and was just trying to get the baby back? Did I miss something?
shareSam wasn't the father of that baby. The parents of the baby show up a few episodes after she finds the baby.
shareI really thought Sam was going to be a big part of Jackies drug problem since he had a drug problem himself. And he was some one that called her out in the beginning.
shareYes exactly! I'm so glad this thread exists. Overall, I liked his character and thought because he was one of the first people to call Jackie out, his character had so much potential to bring a new element to the show.
I didn't appreciate how he was there for a few seasons and then there was no mention of him at all. I consider it to be one of the show's errors.
