I have watched this series twice now. (Spoilers)

Years ago, I could of written the script to this series minus the Nurse part.

I love this series. They did an incredible job portraying the life of an addict. The part that impacted me the most was in S6Ep01 when her daughter was in the house and she was crushing pills in the kitchen, she had only just relapsed from her year sobriety.

Her daughter says "I told my friends I couldn't go out with them because it's a Mom night." this was the chance Jackie had to fix her relationship with her daughter yet she choose drugs. Edie Falco portrayed this PERFECTLY! You can feel her pain when she pauses for a moment, seemingly to think about her choices but her addiction took over.

I almost cried. I lived this... Not with my daughter but with other aspects of my life. I'm so glad that I was able to over come my addiction and break free from it. I'm now 7 years sober and will never go back. I have my two year old daughter I love.
