Who was the guy who looks like Peter Sellers?

The one who represented the company that wanted to buy the hospital and change it into luxury condos. I have looked twice at the cast list, but cant find him anywhere.
Dark hair, glasses I think, and a pushy manner. Great actor.

Yes, a great actor. I think his resemblance to Sellers is amazing.
