Ok so while watching the pilot Jackie a nurse had sex with the pharmacist, worked an entire shift then went home had sex for the second time that day with her husband without taking a shower first. How can a nurse be so disgusting and unhygienic?

Sometimes people have sex before taking a shower. It happens.

Is it gross? Yes it's gross. However, when you're in the moment, you're not thinking about a shower. If you are, you're doing it wrong.
