Did anyone like Dr. Mike Cruz?

I love the actor (Bobby Cannavale) and he usually makes me laugh, but I have to say his character on the show was so annoying I was wondering no one pushed him off the hospital roof top.

I love Cannavale too, but I rarely like the characters he plays.
And yeah Mike Cruz was a jerk but I have to admit I felt for him at the end of season 4 (I love that he starred alongside his son btw)

I felt bad for the character a little as he had no compassion for anyone else...it was a huge struggle for me. I have to admit. His real life son who played Charlie did a great job though.

honestly I've seen Cannavale in some of his other roles and he has a whole repertoire of characters that are either evil villains or just plain jerks. Gyp Rossetti in Boardwalk Empire makes Dr Cruz look like a basket of puppies.

But yeah, Bobby and Jake work so well together and he looks SO much like his dad. I hope they're in more stuff together, maybe as likable characters without green hair, lol

At times he made me laugh and hated to see him go. I also think Bobby is a great actor so maybe I'm biased.

I like him as an actor, but thought his character was one of the BIGGEST pricks ever! In real life someone would have shot him up with something and got rid of the body for sure.

I like Cannavale, but his character was an arrogant dick and I was glad when he was gone.
