What's the horror about it? Seriously!

Think about the basic premise. A guy is kidnapped by an insane surgeon, has a forced sex change and is experimented on for the better part of six years and is subject to the whims of a family of nut cases, some of whom are better at hiding it than others. That's pretty damn scary.

I just saw it, and I was horrified. This is definitely a horror film and a great one, at that! This is was The Human Centipede should have been.
