I just finished watching this again, my second viewing of it after watching it when it came out on DVD a few years back. It is as I remember - a not bad sci-fi action horror, has it's flaws but overall entertaining. But about half way through I suddenly remembered how it ended and that recollection seemed to suck much of the enjoyment out of the remainder of the film. A shame because it's a good little twist, but only seems to work once.

shareI think I've read too much and seen too many movies because nothing surprised me in this movie, except the ship being underwater and both Bower and the woman surviving.
"Need" is a man-made concept. As is "should", "must", "value" and "importance".
You weren't surprised by Pandorum being the cause of cannibalism of the orginal humans instead of the enzyme? That is something nearly every misses.

I'm rewatching this because its on Netflix and I remember liking it the first time around and I find it still pretty entertaining even though I know how it ends.
