Just watched the clip of this thats posted on imdb and looked at a few pictures. Anne Heche is looking dynamite! I guess going back to being with men really suits her!!

I'm assuming the poster that was wondering "why a lesbian would take this role" just didnt think it through totally. Rarely are gay characters represented by actual gay actors, and rarely do gays actually play gays.

To the best of my recollection, Anne Hech has never played a lesbian. Atleast in any movie I've seen her in.

To name a few off the top of my head....

Sean Penn... Milk, Brokeback Mountan Boys, James Gandolfini in the Mexican, As Good as it Gets... Cuba Gooding, Neil Patrick Harris in How I met your Mother, Robin Williams in Bird Cage....

I could fill an entire page.... I think some actors find these types of roles challenging. Deniro's done it, and Pacino twice.

I spent the entire film thinking "That blonde woman is seriously sexy, I recognise her, who is she?". I was really surprised to read on the final credits that it was Anne Heche....Wow she looks amazing!

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you OP! I thought I was the ONLY one! Despite Margarita Levieve being the main "hottie" of the film (and she was indeed HOT), Anne looked downright EDIBLE! Surgery or no, she has certainly aged like a fine wine! Compared to how she looked in 6 Days 7 Nights, I'd slam the Spread version of Anne Heche in a heartbeat! I noticed how hot she looks in Nip/Tuck & now Spread! My hats off to Anne! The scene where she's slamming Ashton in the pool, legs spread WIDE open was HOT!...and also when she's taken from behind more then once...VERY HOT!

OK, perv moment passing....
