It says that "I don't want to go home" is by Glen Phillips, but I can't find anything on that.
Anyone know if that's the actual person who sings it?

Yeah. Glen Phillips (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0680422/) is the guy they hired to sing that in the film and on the soundtrack. He's involved in a lot of films like this.
It's a cover of a song written by Steven Van Zandt (of Springsteen and Sopranos fame).
