I was wondering that too about Michael Myers.

LOL at Freddy dressed like Flavor Flav. I knew that clock reminded me of someone! LOL. My brother mentioned the charlie Brown shirt. LOL.

the chucky like character looked like a cross between Chucky and Willow (from the movie Willow) LOL.

Is it just me or does Stan's girlfriend look like a younger Krista Allen?

This is a really wild guess, but perhaps because the actual mask of Michael Myers was supposed to be the face of William Shatner, and he is Jewish.

They did use the Flavor Flav clock in a sight gag, though. Not the most hilarious sight gag of all time, but still, there was some degree of payoff for it.

Maybe because it was Halloween and that was their costumes. Or, the creators had to slightly change the characters for legal reasons.
