FOX has been messing with Judge ever since he put King of the Hill on the air.
- FOX barely advertises King of the Hill anymore, giving more mention to Family Guy and Simpsons. (They didn't even advertise the milestone 250th episode!) Plus, they stopped production on the DVDs.
- FOX irked Judge with "Office Space". They kept demanding rewrites and changes, plus they barely advertised the film when released in theaters. There was a good Entertainment Weekly article that discussed this.
- Instead of releasing it in theaters, FOX dumped "Idiocracy" straight to DVD, despite great response by fans and critics.
Seriously, I don't blame him for leaving FOX to ABC. They were tampering with his creativity and acting like jerks to him. It was a good call.
FOX is a crap network in general, they are the WORST for taking new shows and not even giving them a chance, they cancel them before they are even able to build a fanbase and they don't advertise. For example, Wonderfalls only had 4 episodes air.
Fox is such a crap network that doesn't give chances to new shows that they just renewed Dollhouse, a show that barely got a 1.0 in demos, gave The Sarah Connor Chronicles a second season, put Arrested Development on the air for three seasons despite horrible ratings and brought the public shows like the X-Files, Simpsons, Married with Children, In Living Color that never would have gotten a sniff on any of the other three big networks.
From what I heard one of the makers of Futurama said about FOX specifically was that when one head guy goes out (leaves the job) the new guy comes in and pushes his own stuff, while removing the stuff the last guy had put on the air. If that makes any sense. Which to me it makes perfect sense looking at FOX's skitzoid show scheduling.
they renewed it because of the fans, the dvd sales the letters everything, not just cartoon network. fox is one of my favorite media companies, becuase of Fox News i love fox news.
according to the time, he could be in one place or... several
