If case you don't realize it, ABC and other networks pay a ton of cash now a days for people go online and post positive reviews about their shows.
I wish this show was what the title claims. But Good is one thing it is not.
The jokes are pointless one-liners, the storylines really go nowhere, and the characters are poor pale adaptations of characters we have loved from KoTH.
As much as I would like to point the finger at Judge, but I know creating for ABC is near impossible without dumbing joke everything down, and drenching everything with a gigantic helping of political correctness.

Poking fun at the PC mindset is actually a big part of what makes this show work. It's no "King of the Hill," but it's still enjoyable (and getting better).
Not everyone who praises this show is getting paid to do so.
I think it's really funny, I also don't believe a majority of positive comments are being funded from ABC. What I do believe is that you don't get it/ or is offended by it, especially as you seemed to not get the sarcastic remark from the first reply.
I've seen bad cartoons, this is far from bad, and I clearly don't see what separates it from shows like King of the Hill, Family Guy, and such (Shows that people debate constantly on the quality, but meanwhile get good ratings) besides not already having an established audience because it hasn't been on for 10 years.
I tried to watch it. I wasn't 'offended'... I 'got it'... I just wasn't extremely entertained. I can think of many other ways I would want to spend 30 minutes of my time. It's just not that good to a large majority of people. That's not saying you are inferior anyway for liking it. Just different. That's a good thing really. I don't believe most positive reviews are coming from paid professionals, but it's hard to ignore the reality that is this shows poor ratings. Trust me, I tried to get into it.. I really did... but 3 episodes in I still wasn't comedic satisfied... I also wasn't the least bit 'offended', so you can put that excuse out of your head right now.
To me, and a great deal of others apparently, it misses the mark completely. I Agree it's not 'bad' in the way that the Cleavland show is going to be 'bad'... but it's not 'great', or even 'good' for that matter. Ii just... 'is'. renewing it would be a mistake and ABC knows it. Don't expect to see more of this show past the first season.
