I certainly laugh at them!
sharelol indeed. something to combat the recently even more anticonservativ family guy. which is tragic because family guy used to be awesome. i stopped watchin new eps on hulu and now i just watch older ones on other sites.
Oh and also, signatures that look like part of the post are so freakin annoying! I mean seriously!!
You do realize that this is the same guy who poked fun at conservatives on King of the Hill, right?
And the abstinence only people get got in the very first episode. The issue isn't any particular viewpoint.
Don't tell me what I can't do!
People who buy into the left vs. right paradigm are a joke. Both parties are owned by the central banks.
sharei agree! they're both nutballs on either spectrum.
An intelligent man is sometimes forced to be drunk to spend time with his fools.
King of the Hill is largely considered one of the most conservative shows out there. Hank represents traditional conservative america. He's constantly having to deal with things like co-ops, environmentalists, and those crappy environmentally friendly toilets that you have to keep flushing (just to "save" water by using less on every flush). Beavis and Butthead was another show making fun of a different set of liberals: The uneducated generation x pot heads (who grew up to be the liberals in King of the Hill).

Spoilers*****
I thought it was funny and made fun of everyone, except the black neighbor who was made out to be the only sane person in the town. Loved when he answered her questions about a convention where minorities meet to decide what to call things.
But the daddy/ daughter virginity rings were hysterical and oh so very creepy.
And the dog. Oh the dog!!!!!! I watched it with my own dog by my side and he got extra bacon and liver flavored treats last night as a result.
yeah I live in Memphis. That convention is really held here annually. lol, not really
sharePurity Ring=Dad marrying his own daughter! Just funny.
IT'S THE MOVIE! NOT THE BOOK! NOT THE SHOW! NOT THE COMIC! GET OVER IT!

I'm sorry if you disagree. It's not as if it's just "my opinion" though. There are plenty of professionally published articles out there about it. Part of what was so funny about B&B was how worked up conservative politicians got about it. If they had sat down and watched it instead of being so angry about it's crudeness they would have seen it was making fun of those people- not the other way around.

Completely correct.
However, it still did make fun of conservatives. For instance, remember when Beavis and Butt-head got hospitalised after copying something they saw on the history channel? When a conservative reporter found out, she decided to blame it on MTV anyway.

Beavis and Butthead didn't grow up to be the characters from Goode Family. Get your sub-groups right. The Goode Family is populated by yuppies, which is typically upper-calss, white, college eucated, hippies - while Beavis and Butthead were stoner metal-heads. Hardly the same group.
shareThey're also a joke because they've decided they agree with one group of people on pretty much any issue, regardless of how they actually feel about it
shareFYI: Mike Judge is a Libertarian, so he likes to poke fun of the stupidity in both Libs & Cons
i.e. Idiocracy, King of The Hill, and, The Goode Family
Brought to you by Carl's Jrshare
Yeah, he's definitely trashing both sides on this one.
The abstinence girl's line about how the best way to practice safe sex was to not talk about it was hilarious!
But then we have the vegan dog... lol. Poor puppy!
he's done this show before...its called every season of king of the hill until the last one....but i mean if seth mcfarlan can have his own agenda then judge can too.....plus its pretty funny
These crabcakes are good as a mug!! I f@$%ks with these crabcakes!!! -ann coulter via the boondocks

and 'axlroseeva' wins the award for post with the most words that expressed the least.
shareI always considered myself pretty liberal (like King of the Hill drives me crazy), but I have to admit, I was getting really annoyed at The Goodes.
Theyre just outrageous.

Leave it to a conservative to have to look to cartoons to find any overt political message they can understand...
shareAs if the Simpsons and Family Guy aren't cartoons with political messages liberals can understand?
shareRight, but they don't "have to look to those cartoons" to find a starting point for arguments like the OP apparently did. They look instead to say... The news... or, you know, 'REAL' people... 'REAL' events....
Besides, It's irrelevant because the OP clearly isn't a liberal, what purpose would it be to mention it?
If liberals think that The Simpson's and Family Guy are strictly liberal shows, then the joke is on them as much as it is a conservative that thinks this one is doing nothing but joking on liberals... Do I have to remind you the prius BEAT the mustang in the race in the pilot. Not to mention, the mustang broke down and the "ultra-liberal" Ubuntu was the one that knew how to fix it, and gladly did...
That's not a very conservative minded message...
I don't think most conservatives watch cartoons. In all honesty, most "Republicans" are mid-level income parents in suburbs or small towns. They're probably more likely to watch the news than most liberal voting blocs. Which is why Fox News, whatever you may think of it, often has higher ratings than the ABC, NBC, and CBS combined. They also listen to radio more frequently which is why there are so many more conservative radio shows and the only very liberal radio (npr) has to be run by the government so it doesnt have to worry about making a profit. Another large segment of the GOP is evangelical christians who might not watch much TV out of moral disagreements with most shows. If this show fails it will be because there isn't enough of a conservative audience that cares to watch a cartoon making political commentary. Conservatives have Fox, Talk Radio, and church groups to do that.
