This show is really fresh and groundbreaking

The only ground this show is breaking is diging it's own grave. It just got slaughtered this past Friday.

The same could kind of be said for King of the Hill, too, though. The appearance of the characters, atleast.

Not sure what you mean. The types of people in this show may have been very common on the west coast for quite some time, but nowadays the 'green' mindset has become more universal and thus I think the show is more appropriate today. And besides, as far as I can tell there has never been a show which lampooned the left-wing like this show does - and does effectively too. I'd say I identify with the left on most issues but I think this show is hilarious - all hand-wringing and doubt in the face of what you perceive to be the right thing to do. Judge really nails it just as he did with Hing of the Hill.
