Dead

Well ladies and gentlemen, the show was moved to Friday night, the death-slot for cancellation, I guess it won't even get a fair shot, here's to hoping another network picks it up.

zider is a lying pro-Uwe Boll douchebag - Note that.

It got chances... but no ratings. Doubt anyone would want to pick up a show that so few people are interested in seeing.

reply

It was 3 episodes (2 nights) before they moved it. It didn't even get a chance.

reply

You said it yourself... It had 3 episodes. Each one saw plummeting ratings from the already very poor ratings of the pilot. I'm not sure how many more chances ANY station can really afford to give this show. I mean, this show really does have spectacularly bad ratings. (Not that I can explain why, because it's not 'that bad', but it is what it is.) To put it in perspective... It did significantly worse that even "sit down shut up" the recently pulled FOX animated series that was moved after only 2 episodes, and pulled after only 4... Yeah... "Sit Down" was getting BETTER ratings that The Goode Family. That the Goode family will air next week is due to them giving it a 'chance' in spite of what the ratings (some of the worst ever for ABC on a Friday at 8:30) are telling them about the popularity and future profitability of the show.

It's the summer man; Not exactly peak television watching season.

They're trying to kill it off. They moved it after just two weeks and do not advertise it at all. I had to scour online to find out why it didn't air this past Wednesday.

The show is great, though it's dying because ABC fumbled it, not because it sucks.

reply

At least they moved it LATER in the week. FOX has a tendency to move things EARLIER in the week. Thus, you completely miss it. Whereas in this case, if you didn't see it on Wednesday, you would go figure out why (as you did) and find that you could watch it on Friday.
