a dead guy to the wheel of a car and jumps out, and the car drives for miles without running off the road? SERIOUSLY???? That has to be the DUMBEST plot point ever!! Puh-LEASE!

What was sci-fi just a few years ago is actual fact today. A buddy of mine has a Tesla; I assure you: it's absolutely possible. You're on the internet; look it up.

Nah.

Like I said; easy enough to check. Teslas are notoriously bad at navigating in complex/urban environments, but on the freeway, as was shown in these scenes? Completely plausible.
