Most of them want Robert Englund back, as well as Wes Craven! I hope the producers decide to make a final sequel with them returning, instead of doing yet another mediocre remake.
As opposed to another mediocre sequel with Robert cracking terrible one liners? The problem with bringing Robert back is trying to make him scary again after each successive sequel made him less scary. I would love for him to be back, as long as we got the Freddy from part 1 and 2.

Of course! I just naturally think of him as scary and serious Freddy, and not the joking one from the later sequels.
