that's the latest rumor but the main prob with last one was no one would really accept a another person as freddy so wont remake have same prob? Id rather see a two than a remake or neither one.

Right I liked the remake for being darker and grittier. They should just do a sequel. Have the child molester plot line as a sly aside remark like in the original and start from scratch with brand new characters. They can mention Nancy but she shouldn't be in it since Rooney Mara is too old and doesn't want to come back anyway.
Perhaps it could focus on the other Elm street kids instead of rehashing part 2.
