Don't know what other scenes she's in but it sounds like she was mostly in the original cut of the film, particularly the opening sequence at Dean's party where he dies crashing through the roof of his house by Freddy. In this video she shares an anecdote of filming the original scene and the "amazing" stunt that got cut by New Line Cinema when they stepped in,

Damn, would like to see that scene and the original cut for that matter. Some deleted scenes made onto the Blu-Ray/DVD but not all of them.
