Does anyone know if the Dixie Mafia, or it's associates actually did what was depicted on the Batting Practice tapes?

If memory serves, the tape in the book is a rape followed by a shooting in the head, rather than batting. So brutal.

The tapes are named randomly, like "Star Wars."

Go watch The Counselor - they give an update on this activity, whether its to be believed or not is up for debate (Mexican drug lords kidnapping women for this purpose).
