A Very Good Half-Movie
... then the Don Johnson character shows up. The movie turns into an odd buddy movie, interspersed with gruesomeness and off-note comedy. Dialogue goes right down the tubes. Second half is just a real mess.
Couldn't agree more. It was looking to be a great thriller, a morality tale about the rights of an individual in their home and related narratives but after Don Jonson and his Pu$$ywagon showed up it was downhill and formulaic from there.
