It's a song called Oklahoma by Oklahoma! featured in the Broadway production called Oklahoma.

and for the life of me I don't really know what it means for sure. I think the obscurity of the song just signifies David's psychotic nature. It might have a little to do with the plot of the musical production itself. Love, death, marrying outside of social class...
