Inconsistency: Trailer vs. What was in the film

My husband and I just watched the film, and there are five lines in the trailer that we didn't see in the movie. We watched it on our Netflix instant queue, so maybe they were all in the deleted scenes, which aren't available to view that way? The lines are as follows:
"You're young, your husband's handsome, you have money, and a perfect life" - pregnant female neighbor
"I gotta finish up some stuff for my father." - David
"Pretty wife, rich husband... could be all over the Six O'clock news." - unknown male voice
"Husbands lie all the time." - unknown female voice (maybe the judge?)
"If anything happens to me, don't let them get away with it." - Katie

What happened to those lines?! The last one, especially, is my biggest concern. From the trailer it seems like she is telling David not to let his family get away with it if anything happens to her, but after watching the film, maybe she was telling a friend or neighbor not to let her husband and his family get away with either her murder or another illegal activity? Can anyone clear this up for me?

I own the dvd and those lines are not in the deleted scenes. But I believe they were cut from the final structure of the movie since they made some different choice at the final product.I don't miss them.Anyway it's an amazing underrated movie.
